  23. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS:

  25. 1. Shareware Editions of EZX products must be distributed in
  26.   their *entirety*, without any modifications or deletions.

  28. 2. EZX shareware product may NOT be distributed by any "for-profit" entity
  29.   which does not disclose the following points in their literature:

  31.      * The fee paid for the evaluation disk is a distribution fee to
  32.        cover the vendors distribution and marketing costs.  It does
